Thabo Tonick teams up with fellow South African producer Hypaphonik on “BassTrap”, a future-facing 3-Step anthem driven by heavy basslines, hypnotic rhythms and plenty of dancefloor energy.

Taken from Thabo’s debut album, Sun God, “BassTrap” brings their distinctive production styles together, pushing further into the evolving sounds of 3-Step. From earlier Stay True Sounds favourites like “The Fight Goes On” to more recent releases including “NIKA” and “Bigger Than Us”, Thabo has continued to explore new territory with his music.

As the final single released ahead of Sun God, “BassTrap” offers another glimpse into the sound and direction of Thabo Tonick’s debut album on Stay True Sounds.
