French producer PAGEZ joins forces with Zimbabwean-born Dr Feel and rising 3-Step producer Beekay Monalayzzar, with Botswana’s Kali Mija on vocals, for “Was You”. Bringing together their different musical backgrounds, the track moves between deep, soulful house and the unmistakable rhythms of 3-Step. Kali Mija’s vocals give the record its emotional pull, while the production keeps things firmly aimed at the dancefloor. A proper 3-Step anthem in the making.
